TGC's Reflection

During my time in University I learned so much. Everything about the operation of a kitchen and restaurant also a hotel. However all those thing that I learn take from the skill that I achieve from Taylor's Graduate Capabilities which are very beneficial in my study during semester 1 and 2. Specific Knowledge help me to adapt in the practical classes which are FnB, Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping. On the other hand Problem Solving skill also help me when I making mistake and calmly corrected it during classes. I also learn that communication skill is the most Important because you need communication between staff and guest so that the restaurant or hotel can operate correctly.

Internship Reflection

Throughout this internship, I have learn a lot about how a 5-star hotel operated in Housekeeping and Food and Beverage. Everything that I have learn from the permanent staffs, supervisors, and managers have increase my knowledge in hospitality. My team working skill have also improve tremendously and I have become more initiative in my work in the hotel. I have hope that I keep improving day by day and use it for my future plan.
